Background
Bookkeeping found me and then I found bookkeeping!
I hold over six years of experience navigating Quickbooks, am a Quickbooks ProAdvisor and Certified Intuit Bookkeeper with continuing certifications and education within Intuit Academy.
A degree in Music Business/Management from Berklee College of Music in Boston led me into a wonderful career in the concerts & entertainment sector at The Madison Square Garden Company in New York City for almost a decade. Now I live in Northwest Arkansas where I previously served as Operations Manager for Freckled Hen, a small business retail company. I’ve held various administrative roles in small business retail, the arts, and large corporations, and bring an organized approach to contractor work.
I’m a stay-at-home/work-from-home mom with a daughter and pet bird by my side. We’re a family that values hard work and loves birding (hence Feather Co.!)
